Open Question: Will I get sent to juvenile hall?
Here is my background: I am fifteen, my parents are divorced, and I have been fighting with my dad lately. Today, I got into a fight into my Dad over some things (like disrespect and what not) today, and he got really angry. We were at the golf course when he got REALLY mad at me, and he told me that we were leaving and going home. I refused to go with him and told him that I wanted to go to my mom’s house. He said that he wouldn’t let me and started to pull me by my golf bag to the car. I yanked his hand off my bag and told him to “get the f*ck off, *sshole; get out of here”. He walked away then returned a little while later, telling me that he was going to call the cops and I would be sent to juvenile hall. I told him that I wouldn’t get in the car with him (he is really scary when he drives angry, like he tries to swipe kids on corners and stuff). He called my mom, and she picked me up. I am just wondering if I would have gone to jail for disobeying him. Here is the defenition of an unruly child, which I would be accused of:
Any child who does not subject himself or herself
to the reasonable control of his or her parents, teachers,
guardian, or custodian, by reason of being wayward or
habitually disobedient;

I have a weird fear that my dad is going to leave I need to know where he is at all times in a subtle way it’s weird what is wrong with me? Im very smart a bit of a hypochonfriac but actually in the end I find im usually right to some degree doctors get annoyed by me but again I find that after extensive research im usually right to some degree. I’m in good heath have no hallucinations just irrational anxiety i can”t drive into the mountain near my house like 50 miles upo the raod anymore it makes me feel isolated and get severe panic attacks. I have no friends any more it seems. I hate being alone all day these symptoms are way less severe when i’m doing things like playing golf or working with people etc..Im getting scared when my dad is not here i’m 30 years old and I live with him i tell my self why would he leave it’s crazy i know this his bags have not been packed but I can’t shake it my mon died 5 years ago I never used to have this am I like the guy on the TV show monk? An obsessive slight hypochondria with developing delusional disorder?
