Open Question: Where are the pictures of the soldier’s coffins?
When Bush was in office the main stream media got a tingle up their legs and demanded and pushed to be allowed to show film and photos of the coffins of dead service men and women. War protests were on streets and main stream news reports daily. What felt like hourly reports of how many people had died since the start of the war on terror were made. Code Pink yelled. People slept outside Bush’s ranch to protest.
Where is all of this now? We still get “death counts” but where are the pictures and film of the coffins (they so badly wanted to show when Bush was in office). I don’t hear about it now. Where are all of the protests? Where is Code Pink and why are they not following Obama down the golf course. I mean on 88.1FM (a liberal station here in Fresno) I once heard that Bush shouldn’t “smile because there are men and women under his command dying. He should never show a moment of happiness.”
Bush sent the troops, but Obama controls them now. Same wars. Where is all the protest?
Please don’t talk to me about slant, bias, etc on the part of the Right and/or Fox News.
