Manama
Manama is the capital city of Bahrain, and the largest city in Bahrain. Bahrain has a lot of well-known places:
Adliyah: A busy district with a number of the old, houses turned into art galleries, cafés and smart restaurants.
Gudaibiya: Gudaibiya is known as the older part of Manama, full of life with a highly international area and a dwelling to new arrivals in the country.
Hoora: Hoora is the nightlife of the city. It has lots of bars, nightclubs, hotels and restaurants, and is really popular with tourists.
Riffa
This city is divided in two: the East and the West. The Eastern part is a moderately larger tourist spot than the West of Riffa.The major attractions in the East of Riffa is The ?Riffa Golf Club?. This place is the only place in Bahrain that provides golf training. There?s also a shopping area near to the Golf Club called the ?Riffa Bazaar?, which is a great place to buy souvenirs and gifts.
Muharraq
This is the second largest city in Bahrain. This city is famous for the ?Muharraq Club?, a soccer club. There is a man-made island in Muharraq called Amwaj Islands- full of hotels, large buildings, and beautiful beaches.
Climate and Weather
The summers are hot, but the winters are pleasant.
Traditional Food
Bahrain’s traditional food includes fish, meat, rice, and dates. One of the most famous Bahraini dishes is machboos, which is made up of meat or fish served with rice. Another known food is muhammar, which is sweet rice served with dates or sugar. Bahrainis also eat falafel, shawarma, sambousas, etc.
